Language Diversity Hub Governance
[edit]The Language Diversity Hub (LDH) is guided by a collaborative governance model designed to promote multilingual and inclusive decision-making across the Wikimedia movement and beyond.
Steering Committee
[edit]The Steering Committee (SC) functions like a Board of Trustees, composed of 5 voting members from affiliate organizations, each representing their respective communities. It is responsible for:
- Overseeing governance and strategic direction
- Ensuring mission alignment and compliance
- Supervising the Global Hub Coordinator
Term Duration: 2 years (renewable once)

Annual General Assembly
[edit]The Language Diversity Hub (LDH) General Assembly (GA) is a community-wide consultation and engagement space. It is designed to keep the broader language and Wikimedia communities informed about LDH activities, gather feedback, and create pathways for participation. The GA is not a governance or decision‑making body.
