 The Communes Documentation Project 2025, significantly supported by Wikimedia Morocco, was a major undertaking, generating 45 categories dedicated to various Moroccan communes and contributing 827 files. This project aimed to comprehensively document local administrative divisions across the country.
The project saw varied levels of participation and content generation from different communes. The top three most documented communes in terms of file contributions are:
Other notable contributions include Assif El Mal (35 files), Brachoua (32 files), Sidi Ghanem (30 files), and Sidi Taibi (27 files). Several communes, such as Agafay, Ait Melloul, El Menzeh, Ibn Ayaden, and Sidi Boushab, contributed 2 files each, highlighting widespread, albeit sometimes nascent, documentation efforts.

This session saw over 603 teachers register, 208 active participants, and 97 graduates. |
