Oulu Airport (IATA: OUL) is located about 15 km from Oulu city centre. Most international itineraries connect via Helsinki Airport (HEL) and then continue to Oulu by domestic flight.

  • Train connection bus between Haaparanta raiway station and Kemi raiwaystation started at 2.3.2026. There is followup connection to Oulu. It will be replaced with real train in summer 2026. (timetable)
  • By bus onwards in Finland: From Tornio-Haparanda Matkakeskus there are long-distance buses towards Oulu. Check routes and tickets in Matkahuolto.
