Below you can find the estimated project budget for the planning and execution of the Wikimedia Summit 2019 on the basis of 200 participants.

Accommodation Costs	€41.000	Including for approx. 120 participants who do not belong to Group 1 or Group 3 according to the eligibility criteria, including but not limited to hotel accomodation on each applicable conference day
Travel Costs	€108.000	Including for approx. 120 participants who do not belong to Group 1 or Group 3 according to the eligibility criteria, including but not limited to travel insurance, airline tickets, and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses incurred by attendees
