2.	Transparency and Regulation	Establish the group's internal regulations and transparency protocols, ensuring adequate documentation of actions.

2	Dialogue Forums and Community Consultation	Promote active listening, collect diverse perspectives, and reinforce members' sense of ownership and belonging. For this, communication with members needs to be strengthened.
2	Publication and Public Consultation Period of the Preliminary Plan	Publish the first version of the Governance Action Plan on the metapage and open a defined period for formal appreciation, comments, and suggestions from members. For this, communication with members needs to be strengthened.
2	Explanations and Validation	Hold an open session to detail the proposed Action Plan and the conceptual bases of governance adopted (models). Ensure understanding of the plan and collect real-time feedback and clarifications.
