 and that we will 
be able to work with you to shortlist and fill in the gaps.  
Should the venues or hotels be of interest to you, I would be 
very happy to organise a site inspection for you or your 
colleagues to view the properties with a view to making a 
concrete decision.  I am also working on a document to give you 
some descriptions of the locations and suggested properties, so 
I hope this will help!
