Mahila Sampadanthon at Rajbiraj[edit]
On the occasion of International Women's Day 2015 Wikimedians of Nepal have organized Women's edit-a-thon and meetup session to create and expand articles related to women empowerment, social discrimination against women, the success story of the inspirable women personalities etc. within the campaign. Over 15 participants attended on the gathering.
Online Datathon[edit]
Data-a-thon is an online Wikidata editing competition which is organized in order to link the as much as data of Nepali Wikipedia with Wikidata which is the repository that provides link to the wiki contents. This program was held during the whole month of April 2015 and this is the first edition of data-a-thon program.
Wiki Loves Earth in Nepal[edit]
Wiki Loves Earth 2015 contest is a photography contest of Natural Heritage held in Nepal for the second time. This contest was on for the entire May and June of 2015.
13th Anniversary of Nepali Wikipedia at Rajbiraj[edit]
Wikimedia Nepal celebrated the 13th Anniversary of Nepali Wikipedia (https://ne.wikipedia.org/) as a national event. A whole day program was organized in Rajbiraj to mark the special day.
Wiki Loves Monuments in Nepal[edit]
Wiki Loves Monuments Nepal 2015 contest is a photography contest of Cultural Heritage held in Nepal for the third time. This contest runs for whole month of September.

Bishwa Sampadathon[edit]
Wikimedians of Nepal have organized Bishwa Sampadathan (Edit-a-thon) from 15th June to 15th July. The Motive of the online Bishwa Samadathan is to create and expand articles related to World Heritage Sites. Within the campaign participants are focused on creating article about World Heritages.
Wiki-a-thon[edit]
Wiki-a-thon 2015 is an in-house edit-a-thon competition organize by Wikimedians of Nepal during the biggest festival of Nepal Dashain and Tihar to acquire the youth participation in the creative works rather than gambling and bad practices.
Outreach and Community enabling activities[edit]
Due to the devastating earthquake the outreach activities were disturbed. Although, we have conducted some wiki outreach programs in schools and colleges out of the capital city. The 90 minute sessions gave introduction of about Wikipedia and how anyone can contribute to the Wikipedia of their preferred language. The follwoing are some outreach activities conducted this year.
- Wikipedia outreach program at Kankai Multiple Campus, Surunga, Jhapa. Participants-45; In active coordination of Prof. Komal Prasad Pokharel, writer and an active wikipedian writing about Nepali Language.
- Wikipedia outreach program at colleges in Rajbiraj, Saptari. Participants-
- Wikipedia outreach program at Bishwo Adarsha Colleges in Itahari, Sunsari. Participants-60
- Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel , Kavre Department of Computer Science .Participants - 50
