ويكيميديا نيبال (التابعة لويكيميديا بمسمى مجموعة مستخدمى ويكيميديا نيبال) هى مجتمع (مقترح كمنظمة خيرية غير ربحية) شكلت بهدف دعم , ترويج , وتطوير مواد تعليمية (ميديا) بلغات متعددة تنطق فى نيبال وتشمل لغة "لينجوا فرانكا" لغة نيبالية. المنظمة الخيرية لن يكون لها اى سلطان على محتوى الويكيبيديا واى مشاريع ويكى , على ان تقدم الدعم لويكيبيديا الموسوعة الحرة واخواتها من المشروعات بجانب اية انشطة تعظم الانتاج , التوزيع واستخدام المعرفة المفتوحة.
The community has been set up since 17th July, 2010 and now has been recognized by the WMF as "Wikimedians of Nepal User Group. It is in process of getting affiliation from the Wikimedia Foundation and registration in the District Administration Office (Kathmandu) Nepal. Active contributors from Nepali Wikipedia, media persons and people working in open source community are working in the ad-hoc committee of Wikimedia Nepal.
