Wikipedia 20 is the celebration of Wikipedia's 20th birthday by Wikimedia Czech.

Celebration with cultural institutions

In these years, the role of institutions with respect to Wikipedia has proven essential in the construction of this shared knowledge. In one way or another, they have contributed their experience, their materials, their enthusiasm and, as part of this movement for free knowledge, we want to thank them for their collaboration and make their work visible.

For that reason, we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Wikipedia, virtually, on Friday, January 15th, 2021 at 11:00 am. The event will feature speeches by JESENIK/Olomoucki Kraj.
