    • Grant is approved! Waiting for money to come in to distribute.
  • Plans on New User Training, and thoughts
    • Different criteria to participate? Simple tasks?
      • Create 1 - 2 articles?
      • Add content to articles?
      • Tiers contributions?
        • 1 - 2 articles (barnstar?)
        • 3 - 4 articles (certificate / postcard?)
        • 5+ articles (button?)
        • Tiers would let editors of all levels participate and feel accomplished.
        • Worry: Would have lower-tier criteria cause people to contribute less than they otherwise would have?

      • From Philippines - if know the receiver, then customized. If not, then send standardized one.
      • Japan: mostly same with Philippines :-)
      • Video of editors/organizers/editathons, kind of like Facebook's friend video and the Art+Feminism video
      • Can we make the postcard as a "follow up" and "rock on " invitation?
