Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos (WPWP) to coroczny konkurs, w którym wikipedyści z projektów i społeczności językowych Wikipedii dodają zdjęcia do artykułów Wikipedii pozbawionych zdjęć. Ma to na celu promowanie wykorzystania cyfrowych plików multimedialnych na stronach artykułów Wikipedii zebranych z różnych konkursów fotograficznych WP, fotoekspedycji organizowanych przez społeczność Wikimedia. Zdjęcia pomagają lepiej przyciągnąć uwagę czytelnika niż ściana tekstu, ilustrują treść i sprawiają, że artykuł jest bardziej pouczający i wciągający dla czytelników.
Tysiące zdjęć zostało podarowanych i przekazanych do Wikipedii za pośrednictwem różnych programów wspierających, fotoekspedycji i konkursów, w tym międzynarodowych konkursów fotograficznych, takich jak Wiki Loves Monuments, Wiki Loves Africa, Wiki Loves Earth, Wiki Loves Folklore itp. Jednak stosunkowo niewiele z tych zdjęć zostało wykorzystanych w artykułach Wikipedii. Dzisiaj Wikimedia Commons zawiera miliony zdjęć, ale tylko niewielka ich część została wykorzystana na stronach artykułów Wikipedii. Jest to ogromna luka, którą ten projekt ma wypełnić.

 Images must be used between 1st July to August 31st 2020. |
 There is no limit to the number of files one can use. There are, however, different categories of prizes (see below). However, do not deface Wikipedia articles with photos. Only add a photo to an article that has no photo. |
 The image must be published under a free use license or as public domain. The possible licenses are CC-BY-SA 4.0, CC-BY 4.0, CC0 1.0. |
 Participants must be a registered user on any Wikimedia project. Sign in or Create a new account on Wikipedia (You can create an account on any language Wikipedia, for use in your own WP and on all Wikimedia projects). The list of all languages of Wikipedia can be found here. |
 Poor or very low-quality photos are generally not acceptable.

 Participants must include the hashtag #WPWP in the Edit summary of all articles improved with images in addition to a descriptive edit summary, for example "Improving with an image to infobox" #WPWP. Do not insert the hashtag (#WPWP) into an article. |
