Yoruba Language Wikipedia Workshop
Yoruba Language Wikipedia Workshop is a two-day workshop organized by Yoruba Wikimedians User Group and coordinated by User:Agbalagba. The aim of the workshop is to recruit new contributors to Yoruba Wikipedia, increase contents on Yoruba Wikipedia, create awareness for Yoruba Wikipedia and to promote the use of content translation tool (CTT). The workshop took place at Lagos State University, Ojo Campus. In attendance was Yoruba language teachers and members of Akomolede Yoruba.
Participants were introduced to the basis of Yoruba Wikipedia, and the pillars of Wikipedia including the Neutral Point of View (NPOV), Copyrights and other principles of Wikipedia editing.
