- Trained and retained new editors who made significant impact within 90 days of joining.
- Organized bi-weekly physical meetups and virtual livestreamed sessions to support contributors.
- Provided Yoruba keyboards, internet reimbursements, souvenirs, and recognition awards to lower barriers and sustain participation.
