This is draft documentation to support new language communities towards a stable growth rate.
Thanks to a private mail by Berto I am now creating this page. Well, I hope his title is under GFDL ;-)
Interwiki links[edit]
Make sure to insert at least one interwiki link to another wiki - of course to en.wp makes sense - in case of articles that are not present there simple connect to one that is there. Then have interwiki-bots run on your wiki - these will update the interwiki links adding missing links.
List of bots that operate to create interwiki-links:
