El demi plié consiste en flexionar las rodillas. Por tanto tenemos que bajar el cuerpo flexionando las rodillas. De cadera para arriba la postura se va a mantener igual (cabeza hacia arriba, culo hacia dentro, hombros bajos) durante todo lo que dure el paso
Muy importante: los talones se tienen que mantener en el suelo. Cuando acabemos, subimos el cuerpo lentamente y ponte en la posición inicial (de forma elegante, no bruscamente)
