Español: Este ejercicio se basa en un trabajo multi articular, de coordinación y aeróbico, menos si nos lastramos con peso en los pies o en las manos, el cual entraría un poco más la fuerza junto con la resistencia. El porcentaje de trabajo aeróbico consiste en un 90-95%. Implica una musculatura de tren inferior como gemelos, soleos, cuádriceps, isquiotibiales, glúteos y de tren superior desde el recto abdominal, dorsal ancho, deltoides, trapecio y musculatura de brazo como podrían ser bíceps braquial y tríceps.
English: This exercise is based on multi-joint, coordination and aerobic work, except if we weigh ourselves down with weight on our feet or hands, which would add a little more strength along with resistance. The percentage of aerobic work consists of 90-95%. It involves lower body muscles such as calves, soleus, quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and upper body from the rectus abdominis, latissimus dorsi, deltoids, trapezius and arm muscles such as biceps brachii and triceps.
