Syedsadi387681, hi. Basically the first step of what you need to do is just show that the school is notable enough for a Wikipedia article. This is usually done through something like a news outlet publishing an article specifically about the school. You might also want to check out Your First Article, as well as some of the other links in the decline reason (the text that starts with "This submission's references" a bit above).
