English: An abandoned village hospice in Tai O, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. The term "Fong Bin Yuen" literally means "convenient house". It was built by a lady (with the family name Yip) in the 1930s. The purpose of the charity house was to provide care services to dying elderly persons and patients with advanced diseases at the end of their lives.
