Norsk bokmål: Helleren i Jøssingfjord (Sokndal kommune i Rogaland). Gammelt bosettingsområde under et ti meter djupt fjellutspring. Fast bosetting fra 1500-tallet, men kulturspor tilbake til steinalderen. Forlatt ca 1910. Står fortsatt to små trehus fra 1800-tallet på stedet. Disse disponeres av Dalane folkemuseum. Foto fra sørvest. English: Helleren in Jøssingfjord (Sokndal municipality in Rogaland, Norway). Old housing area under a ten meter deep mountain cliff. All year settlement from the 16th century, but archeological tracks back to the stone age. Last dwellers left around 1910. Two small wooden houses from the 19th century are now owned by the district museum. Photo from the southwest.
