Summary

Description
English: Mynwent ac Eglwys Tysilio Sant - Cemetery and Church of St Tysilio Tysilio was the son of the 7thC Powysian king Brochfael Ysgythrog. The present building dates from the 14thC. Archbishop Baldwin came here in 1188 to recruit for the Crusades. Being that his sermon was in English, the recruiting drive proved a bit of a flop.
