Čeština: Semeno orchideje Nigritella rhelicanii. Orchideje jsou alespoň ze začátku života mykoheterotrofní. Takovéto rostliny získávají energii pro život z hub. Mykoheterotrofní rostliny mají semena mikroskopických rozmérů. Jsou produkována v extrémních počtech a neobsahují téměř žádné zásobní látky - jsou uzpůsobeny na infekci houbou kterou pak využívají část nebo celý život. Obrázek pořízen florescenčním mikroskopem,( PI + FDA, excitace modrým světlem). |
