Description
English: Two Arecaceae (palm trees) in the fields viewed through a hole in a tree stump damaged by fire in Don Tao (Si Phan Don, Laos), at sunrise. Impression of a natural organic frame or window highlighting the main subject of the landscape. Kind of Droste effect. Poetically this picture shows two healthy trees like a rebirth through the carcass of a third one in the foreground.
Français : Deux Arecaceae (palmiers) dans les champs vus à travers un trou dans la souche d'un arbre abîmé par le feu à Don Tao (Si Phan Don, Laos), au lever du soleil. Impression d'un cadre ou fenêtre naturelle organique mettant en valeur le sujet principal du paysage. Genre d'effet Droste. Poétiquement cette image montre deux arbres sains comme une renaissance à travers la carcasse d'un troisième au premier plan.
