Thank you for the detailed report. It is accepted. You may retain the remaining funds to use for mission-aligned activities.

Although you faced some challenges in achieving recognition as a nonprofit, we congratulate you for accomplishing that! We are pleased to see that you are optimistic about the commitment of your volunteers and the future of your projects. We also appreciate that this report includes metrics to describe the outcomes of your activities where available. Interesting observations on the challenges associated with measuring the impact of GLAM partnerships in the short-term; we hope that you are able to report on the fruits of some of these partnerships in the context of your future activities as your partnerships develop and lead to collaboration.

We appreciate the level of detail provided about your activities and also the clear financial table that shows the variance between your actual spending and the original project budget. We want to point anyone reading this report to the discussion here on the discussion page of the approved grant request that explains how funds were reallocated and how additional funding from the Iberocoop grant was applied to the revised budget. These changes were approved by WMF on 21 December 2012.
