Generally, users of a wiki should use 1 account. In some circumstances, they will need to create more than one account. However, creating an account to confuse other editors, disrupt discussions, distort consenus, avoid sanctions/bans/blocks/global bans or otherwise violate the rules and/or policies is called sockpuppetry and is not allowed.
