Talk:Table background colors

Two questions:

• Should this page be linked to Wiki color formatting help as the information seems related
• If the colours used in this page are also applicible outside tables, then shouldn't the information in this page be added to Wiki color formatting help instead of being held seperately ? Bigglesjames 21:05, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

On the first question, sounded like a good idea, and no dissenting opinions posted, so I added it to the "see also" section. On the second question, possibly. It is my understanding that the color hex code is for everything in wiki, not just tables. 69.182.165.163 18:32, 24 September 2010 (UTC)

Help

How do you make it so that an entire column or row is of the same color without having to input the background color into every square of said column or row? This is especially useful when you have alot of rows and columns and giving each alternative row or column a color helps it easier to look at. Transaction Go 15:25, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
