After some discussion on Meta, we can finally announce more details on the meetup!

[edit] Date

The meetup will last for two days from 13th August to 14th August. On the 15th August there will be a special press conference, on which every Wikimedian can attend. The new-chosen, Wikimedia Poland board will answer questions from the press.

The meetup will take place in Kraków, in the Three Kafki Hostels.

[edit] Price

The attendance fee will be something around €14. If you're interested, a pre-pay of €5 is needed. The price is only for the hotel rooms - breakfast will cost €2, and one hour in the internet café - €0,5.

The following may still be subject to change!

13th August
  • 12-16: tour of the city, waiting for everyone to get to the city, normal talks
  • 16-17: lunch break
  • 17-19: discussion panels from the members of the PHP.pl and Wikimedia community
  • 19 till evening - a "free" discussion in a pub
14th August
  • 10-12: talks about Wikimedia Poland
  • 12-14: the final discussion panel on various topics
  • 14-16: official end of the meetup

The Polish participants will signup soon, on the Polish Wikipedia. If you're from the international community and you're interested in taking part in this meetup, please list your name below (and preferably, list your country). This is only for statistics - we want to know how many guests from other countries should we expect. Also, please watch this page for more updates.
