Wikipedia for Peace Participants Program Results

Workcamp participants[edit]

For the workcamp participants were found via the SCI workcamp database. We wanted to make an international mix of newcomers to Wikipedia and more experienced contributors to the project. The application process is already over. There will be participants from Austria, France, Germany, Serbia, Ireland, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Finland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Due to organisational reasons we had to limit the number of participants to 15 and we can't accept any more applications.

If you are a confirmed participant of the project, please sign here by writing * --~~~~

Regular participants[edit]

Sometimes participants didn't log in properly, but contributed with the following IP adresses:

Irregular participants[edit]

Support and experts[edit]

Supporting the writing process[edit]

Since many of the participants are newcomers, we are in need of experienced Wikipedia authors who could give the participants feedback on the content they produce during the project, either in Vienna or online. We especially need people supporting the writing process in these languages: French, English, Chechen, Chuvash, Ukrainian, German, Finnish, Romani, Irish Gaelic, Polish, Spanish. Please sign here, if you would like to support the participants:

Initiate and support follow-up projects[edit]

This project is supposed to not only take place during these two weeks, but edit-a-thons and other writing camps about peace are supposed to come out of this. If you're interested to follow up, please sign here:
