CIS-A2K/Events/Relicensing and Digitisation workshop at Sayajirao Gaekwad Research Centre, Aurangabad

CIS-A2K conducted relicensing and digitisation workshop at Sayajirao Gaekwad Research and Training organisation (SGRT) at Aurangabad on 11, 12 September 2023. The GLAM project was started with SGRT in December 2022 to build digital archives on Sayajirao Gaekwad and the works published by him. In the first phase, 60 books were relicensed and uploaded on Wikimedia Commons. The second phase was started on 11 September with the digitisation training for the staff of the organisation. The two persons were trained in scanning and post processing of the books. We have placed one scanner for this digitisation project. All the archival content was listed and the status of copyrights was confirmed. The following public domain works were listed for the digitisation process.
