If we are going to keep them here, I suggest that we make them easier to maintain by adding categories for grants given to each entity to this category (as suggested by WM CZ) and then create category trees that will populate these cover pages automatically. I for one could add categories for each entity as I review grant submissions or include a category determined by the page name in the template that is the basis of each new grant request as part of the page creation process in order to make sure that occurs.
However, I do not suggest adding any entities that are not officially recognized chapters to this category, as that may be a source of some confusion. We could however, create a parent category of Grants by entities and include this Grants by chapters category there and create another category for non-chapter entities.
