The Chief Financial Officer was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, accounting, updating donation figures, assisting the Treasurer with Wikimedia's finances, and coordinates fundraising drives.
Daniel Mayer ('maveric149') was appointed to the position by the Wikimedia Board on 05 July 2004, and served until 20 August 2006.
