Cross-category function

It would be great if Wikipedia users could cross-category search. That is, see a list of call articles that fall into both categories. For example, cross searching "Foreign relations of the Peoples Republic of China" and "History of Germany" would turn up the article Sino-German cooperation. Is this possible?
