Reporting about your funded Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom project[edit]
For those that have received funding for Reading Wikipedia in the classroom in 2022, the reporting requirements are outlined here. Three reports are required:
- Initial submission of needs assessment and planning outcomes
- Mid-project monitoring report
- Final evaluation report
More details about each report will be outlined below.
Needs assessment and planning report[edit]
Needs assessment and data collection report should include the following:
- Analysis of data collected from surveys and interviews
- Details of any partnership agreements
- Details of outreach activities

Mid-project monitoring report[edit]
Mid-project monitoring report should include:
- Number of teachers registered
- Number of teachers actively participating
- Screenshots or photos of training activities
- Summary of progress toward project outcomes
- Summary of challenges/lessons learned or any outstanding circumstances that may prevent the project from achieving its outcomes

Final evaluation report[edit]
Final evaluation report should include:
- Reach, participation, and certification metrics
- Data about assignment participation and completion
- Analysis of evaluation data from surveys and interviews
- Teacher’s learning outcomes
- Ways to improve the program for the future
- Annex that includes the final assignments submitted by teachers
