As I see you have signed the engagement charter, then please let me remind you that it refers to the Charte of Fribourg which stipulates

"Un évènement sans pagEs fait l’objet d’une sous-page du projet sur Wikipédia".

I dont know why you chose meta for this, but one way to get out of the issue raised is tho put this link on these project pages :
