  • Try to find interested individuals to participate in the committee
  • Work on the committee's scope
    • People in the committee should have event experience
    • Committee should be a facilitator for events around the world
    • Committee should make a list of where Wikimedia should be represented
  • Advertise the committee in order to get input
  • set up a mailing list for the committee
  • Next meeting to be held on Wednesday 12 April 2006, 20.00 UTC
