I would suggest to take off the ones being "In discussion". It is enough with only existing and planned ones. Anders Wennersten 16:36, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

U.S. states[edit]

Aude modified the map to color the states of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut as having chapters. This seems a bit misleading. I realize that the two city chapters -- NYC and Washington -- welcome anyone who can make it to meetings and so claim large swathes of area around their cities, but the coloring implies that the chapters are organized on a state-by-state basis. I don't see much justification for some of the discrepancies so introduced -- for example, Boston is closer to NYC than Buffalo, but Buffalo is in a colored area and Boston is not. I fear that this is confusing. Better, perhaps, would be a circle with a radius of 60 miles (100 km) centered on NYC and Washington? LtPowers (talk) 14:41, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
