This has fantastic color distribution; could become an instantly-recognized logo over time. Nice work.

Have you considered:

• Other sizes for the smaller bubbles ?
• An eye or two, as a slightly lighter or darker hue of the current color? (perhaps one eye that would work for both heads? could be awkward.)
