- The following Meetups will take place at the hotel between 20:00 - 22:00:
- GLAM Coordinators meetup (Liam Wyatt)
- GLAM Wikimedian-in-Residence and Student Workers Birds of a Feather (Giovanna Fontenelle and Lucas Belo)
- Wikimedia and Libraries User Group (Rob Fernandez)
