What is the problem you're trying to solve?

There are very few female contributors on wiki.

What is your solution?

Assign a person or a team to approach and request established female writers to contribute on wiki. As these writers are knowledgeable in their field and have good command on writing skills, their contributions will be very positive. When other female users will see that very good articles or sections have been written by female writers, they will feel confident to contribute too.
