What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
The WOSM's vision is to become as the organization with more educated ones by 2023. 95% of scouts does not know about Wikimedia projects. Therefore, I think Wikimedia can help to motivate this vision.
What is your solution?[edit]
Introduce the international badge for every scout with the permission of WOSM and we will teach every scout about Wikimedia and it's projects specially Wikipedia in every language. This will pave way for the development of every Wikimedia projects as well as develop the WOSM organization. But first we do this project as a try-out in minimum one country.

- The goal of this project is to involve scout in Wikimedia projects and motivate the vision of WOSM.

About the idea creator[edit]
- I am Shriheeran Logeswaran from SriLanka. I am contributing in Wikimedia more than 3 years and My mother tongue is Tamil. I can speak English well. And I am a Scout.

- 5000 USD - The budget is for certificates and badges to the scouts and for some mini workshops meetups among scouts in SriLanka.

- Introducing Wikimedia projects to atleast 10,000 scout all over the world.
- Making atleast 500 active users on Wikimedia projects.
