Learning[edit]
Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
The event proved to be a resounding success, with enthusiastic participants eager to acquire new skills and be an active part of the Wikimedia movement. The collaborative efforts of the team also played a crucial role in ensuring the event's seamless execution. Moreover, the metric dashboard and the WhatsApp engagement efficiently tracked all performances throughout the event.
- What did not work so well?
During the first day of the event, we encountered some delays caused by technical issues. Specifically, the designated projector turned out to be faulty, which required us to wait until a replacement.
- What would you do differently next time?
In our upcoming events, we will make every effort to ensure that we hire a reliable projector to avoid any technical disruptions.
