one editathon upload session and one photowalk

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?

5. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?

Participants are professional photographers and hence have the needed cameras to participate in the photowalk

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

Will create a mailing list for communication and survey to get responses.

7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?

Impact[edit]

How will you know if the project is successful and you've met your goals? Please include the following targets:

  1. Number of events - 2 events( 1 photowalk and 1 upload session)
  2. Number of participants - 5 professional photographers 15 other participants for the upload session
  3. Number of new editors - 18 new editors all together
  4. Number of of pictures uploaded -= atleast 150
  5. Number of repeat participants (for projects that include a series of events)
