1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?

We are planning one training and one edit-a-thon

2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You are required to provide links to on-wiki pages to inform these communities about your proposed work. Examples of places where this can be done include community discussion pages, affiliate discussion pages, or relevant project talk pages.
You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

The project will be announced on the Faculty Whatsapp platform, Faculty Welfare association WhatsApp platform, Departments WhatsApp platform, and personal E-mails. I will also deploy one on one phone calls will also be employed to inform members of the project.

4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals.

Yes, we have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event. Myself User: Emmyglo, User: Ngozi osadebe, Users: Ezimoo and Beatrice Ewa who has been acting as facilitators in all Wikipedia projects at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka are available to lead the event. Wikipedia projects at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka include, Nnamdi Azikiwe Library art and feminism Wikipedia edit-a-thon 2017-2021, Surplus People in the Universities Research Group (SPURG) Let's make Wikipedia editing inclusive, E-WIN art and Feminism Wikipedia edit-a-thon.

5. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?

Yes. Participants have the required equipment to fully engage in this project exercise. Almost all Lecturers have personal laptops. Moreover, the Faculty Library computer Laboratory is available for our use at a minimal cost. The Faculty has an internet connection and electric power supply. Though there will be a need to purchase internet data and diesel for the standby generator in case of disruption in internet connectivity and power supply

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

I will engage my participant by getting their phone numbers and forming a WhatsApp and Telegram group of all participants through which members will share experiences. I will also organize a meetup for face-to-face interaction with members.

7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?

I would have loved to attract more Postgraduate students but the University is on a compulsory break as a result of the strike.

What resources do you have? Include information on who is organizing the project, what they will do, and if you will receive support from anywhere else (in-kind donations or additional funding).

We have good facilitators, a functional computer laboratory, personal laptops, University internet, and electricity power supply.

This project is being organized by myself User: Emmyglo. I will call on all Lecturers at the Faculty of Vocational and Technical Education, University of Nigeria, Nsukka to come out in mass to participate in the 2022 Wikimedia Project. I will do all logistics duties required for a successful outcome for it. This includes identifying the hall, publicity, and contacting other facilitators. I will also identify people to manage light refreshments for participants on the days of the events.

Flex banner (for publicity) 2 pieces @ N5,000 X 2 = N10,000 8. Pen and Customized exercise book to serve as a souvenir N 30,000 9. Honorarium to Cleaners N2,000 each = N4,000 10. Printing of Cetificates for to be issued to participants @ N500 each X 20 = N10,000 11. Logistics = N10,000
