  • What worked well?

the outreach dashboard was the most effective metrics for direct identifying participants contribution towards the success of the project. the Campaign was able to improved the content gabs in wikipedia and wikidata in teams of accuracy and verifiability of Nigeria contents.

  • What did not work so well?

well 60% of participants were new editors so were face with challenges of black IP address. also after online and physical training, they were able to improve wikipedia and wikidata by adding citation, making sentences and corrections.

  • What would you do differently next time?

well at the end of this campaign, we were able to create wikimedia Kaduna network. to keep improving our participants skills, there is need for more workshop on wiki skills for editors such as fact checking skill, meta page skill etc.

Promotional Materials like Banner, e-flyers = #25,000

Food and drinks with water 2000 per person which is 2000 x 28 =#56,000

Alternative power supply which is generator and fuel in case of power outrage = #15,000 during the physical training

Customized T-shirt 3000 x 3 = #9000 for the facilitators

Prized (gift prizes) for top 4 editors #30,000 at the end of the projects

Internet supports for both Facilitators and participants for both online and offline sessions = #40,000 during online training data is sends to all participants presents and every week 3 top editors was give data

Educational materials like customized jotters and pans for 28 = #30,000

Local running for the project #20,000 was used for transportation by the facilitator

Rental of projectors, sounds and camera #40,000 all these were used during the physical training
