Hi Mingus79. Efforts to do more translation work are always useful, but I'd like to ask you to specify this proposal a little more. A single project is better when it is specific, because it's easier to make plans around specific problems and solutions rather than much broader ones. What language do you want to work in? Jayreborn and Mingus79: Are you aware of the Translation taskforce on WikiProject Medicine? They are doing great work. Reach out to them. Discuss about your idea and plan how to take it forward.
