Extension for adding global metrics to your report

Hello, Kaarel. We see this report is almost complete, but that you haven't yet added global metrics to this report. I'm moving this report from draft status so that we can start reviewing the rest of this report, and we can extend your deadline for producing the global metrics until 31 December 2015.
