Thanks so much for the report and congrats on finishing the translation and printing! Great that you were able to print so many brochures and under budget. Definitely let me and Anna know if you want any guidance in pursuing a partnership with the university professors you reached out to. Is there a way you can put the Chinese language translation database on wiki so it can be shared more widely?
Regarding the reallocation, when do you plan on submitting a new request? If it is in the next several months, it is fine to retain the remaining funds and reallocate them to your next grant request. - Sorry for the late reply, I don't know why just leave my draft of the answer for days to public. Here is the feedback for the questions above. The first question - is there anyway to share the translation database? The answer is, we have already done it on the outreach wiki for the full translation, you can also find out the screenshots in the zh-localization category on WikiCommons . I think maybe the translation can be used for Chinese readers in Hong Kong, Macao, and mainland China after some minor modifications. About the Indesign file that we used to print, we have also released it on our chapter's google drive. Since the indesign file is not suitable for WikiCommons, if the foundation thinks it's appropriate to put the file on its server, please do! And for the contacts to universities. It would be great if Anna can teach us some ways of interacting with professors in the universities, I think that's also a main topic on the ESEA Meetup survey - how to make academia interest about working with Wikipedia, and how Wikimedians could engage with them.
- The second question, the reallocation of the grant. I plan to complete the translations of other two brochures, Illustrating and Evaluating Wikipedia in the second quarter of 2015 (before Autumn, I think. I have not discussed with Reke yet, but that's my plan). We plan to make the grant proposal in May. We are drafting now. About this one, I have an idea that needs your opinion. I want to apply an isbn code for these series of brochures, because we once ask the public libraries whether they want our donation of the localized brochure. One of the library replied that they only collect books that has isbn code. In Taiwan, if the material is over 20 pages, then it can apply for the isbn code 3 month before its publication without any charges. So I am wondering if I make three brochures into one little booklet, then this can be stored in the libraries in Taiwan. Is this a good idea, what do you think?

In terms of the reallocation request, you can hold on to your remaining funds in anticipation of another grant request for translating/printing the other two brochures. It's a great idea to get an ISBN number. Please let us know the cost once you've received a quote. It should be less than $100 USD, but I'm not sure about in Taiwan.
