SheSaid[edit]

Bonjour.

Est-il totalement clair pour vous que le projet SheSaid se déroule... sur Wikiquote ? Pour un budget de 4800 dollars... 10 entrées Wikiquote... ça fait cher l’entrée... Anthere (talk) 01:36, 10 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Partially Funded[edit]

Hello @Lydie maliki thank you for applying for the rapid fund grant. We reviewed and approved the grant in the amount of 9,911,000 CDF (4,505 USD) with the following recommendations:

Your proposal to implement the #SheSaid campaign in your community is commendable. We share the following feedback to help strengthen your plans.

  • We recommend that you review the budget lines related to internet for the team as well as two of the prizes mentioned in the budget.
  • Please consider prioritizing the quality of contributions over the quantity. While your application outlines the number of contributions expected, it is unclear what you the team might provide as guidance for what constitutes a quality contribution. Providing clear guidelines on what qualifies as a meaningful contribution to WikiQuote would be beneficial. Additionally, consider implementing a review system where contributions are evaluated based on their relevance and accuracy, ensuring that the content added is of high quality and aligns with the project's goals.
  • Point 3 in your project activities (Monitoring and mentoring 10 women so that they are active contributors), currently aligns with other similar activities in your country. We recommend that you coordinate with the Wikimedians of Democratic Republic of Congo User Group to align these activities and for additional support you may need to deliver on these activities effectively. It would be prudent to streamline the proposed activities, removing redundancies and focusing on unique aspects that directly address the gender gap issue. Additionally, consider exploring collaborations with existing community organizations or educational institutions that share similar objectives. Leveraging partnerships can enhance the project's outreach and impact while optimizing resources.
