Dear @Akwugo:,
Thank you for submitting this grant application. The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria community Support Fund Committee has reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:
- We are happy that you are focusing on Climate topics and that this project will further allow members to join the Anambra network.
- Per the scope of the project; we request that you adjust the data reimbursement to 500 instead per participant as it doesnt involve heavy data usage.
- Lastly, please adjust the refreshment cost to not more than 2,000 per participant.

- Thanks@Ayokanmi (WUGN)I have reduced the cost of refreshments.please consider the data reimbursement to be 1000. We do support with this amount but reducing it will discourage some participants and volunteers who always attend and contribute willingly.This project won't end same day and they will continue to contribute till the end of the Year. Supporting them with 500 will discourage some from contributing after the event day. Akwugo (talk) 22:02, 2 December 2022 (UTC)

We understand and agree with your data reimbursement supports as it will get to encourage members; but however we have a funding cap and we will only be able to go forward with the stated adjustment.
