Thank you for submitting this grant application. The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria Community Support Fund has reviewed your application and they have some follow-up questions and requests in order for us to move on with your grant application:

• We are happy to learn that this project would result in the creation of a new Wiki Fan Club. Could you provide more information on how this will happen?
• We are aware that there is a similar project which also focuses on women within the same city where you are also listed as the only resource person. So considering the scope, we request that you collaborate together on the project.
• Since the project is a one-day event with 15 participants, we request that you make the total data allocation including for facilitators not more than NGN20,000.
• We also request that you rent a projector that its cost would not exceed NGN10,000
• Lastly, please make a breakdown of the refreshment with the unit cost.

We look forward to your effective changes so we can move on with the proposal.

Thanks Ayo, i have made the requested budget changes, concerning collaborating we are in same State but different City Awka and Nnewi precisely and we collaborating the budget cant take care of more than 17 participants beside he has his own students which it will be stressful coming from nnewi to Awka except we run a hybrid event.About my fan club establishment, i have actually trained some Wikimedians but want to add more to it which i will source at the cost of this application, which with a reasonable numbers added to the old students will call for a fan club launching.This particular training/edit a thon will focus on adding contents and training new participants with follow up and then the club launching.

Lastly, with the effective changes; the total amount should sum up to NGN 102,950, please fix this in the total so we can move o with the application. @Ayokanmi (WUGN) Maybe you skipped the cost for training space or something.i was told to reduce participants data cost and cost of hiring projector which i did bringing down the budget from #176,000 [1] to 147,950 ,but reducing it to 102,950 it's not clear to me may be you skipped something.please the budget sum won't be enough for me to run this program. Thank you
