Thank you for submitting this grant application. The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria Community Support Fund has reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests for us to move on with your grant application:

• Please inform the WUGN Anambra network here, as their response is needed before we can proceed with the project.
• We will only be able to move with this project if its centered on Wikidatas birthday as October is for WIkidata and has the Anambra network embedded in it
• The number of newcomers should be increased.
• Please remove running expenses/Sensitization and laptop fees as we feel it isn't needed.
• Also reduce the venue fee not to be more than #30,000 and the projector fee not more than #10,000.
• Lastly, please remove the facilitator refreshments.

We look forward to your effective changes so we can move on with the proposal.

@Ayokanmi (WUGN) Thank you for your response. I have informed the community members on the talk page and also informed the president Anambra Network. I am so glad we will be celebrating Wikidata@ 10 in this project. We will make it a successful one and have informed community members about this,My question is what are the steps to take in preparation and am i holding the program on the day of the celebration day?. Concerning the increase of new participants,I have worked so hard and have mobilized people including new participants to join this movement

Please this event will take place in Awka and i have people coming from other communities to join in this program and the hall i want to use is in a fast food.This is to make the venue easily located and conducive ,the charge for the hall is higher than 30,000 please going to a cheaper hall might affect internet connectivity.

Hello @Ennydavids:, we are about to move on with the application as you have made the event about the Wikidata celebration and also informed the Anambra network.

• But we advise that you should use a hall instead of fast food since the event will be about the Wikidata celebration and also with the fact that the Anambra network is involved; so please work with the network and use a proper event hall which #40,000 will suffice for.
• Also, what is the rationale for data for facilitators? We feel 27,000 is enough for the internet for the event since its not an upload session.
• Lastly, please remove the 'Prices for 5 top contributors and use the budget for a cake instead.
